We require a deposit of $50–$100 prior to delivery to secure your order, with the remaining balance payable after the goods have been delivered and installed. Please note that the deposit is strictly non-refundable in the event of a change of mind, order cancellation, or if the product does not fit your intended space. This also includes situations where the product size, appearance, or finish is not as expected, or where there are minor variations or cosmetic imperfections that do not affect functionality and the customer is not satisfied after viewing. We kindly ask customers to confirm measurements and suitability before purchase to avoid any inconvenience.
